Congratulations to the Student Interns, Class of 2026.

Student interns at Alameda County ITD talk about what they learned during the 2026 summer internship. The program gives high school and college students a chance to work with ITD over the summer, learning about technology and how the County operates. Each student joins different teams and works with other interns to build an app or support a project that benefits the County.

Interns get hands-on experience with project management, improve their teamwork, and learn how to develop software from start to finish. At the end of the eight-week program, they present what they have created. To learn more, visit: https://itd.acgov.org/student-intern-program/
