DON’T touch them or try to remove them.  DON’T drive over the downed power lines.  Leave the area immediately, and without trying to direct traffic.   Motorists should leave the area immediately. Make a mental note of where the powerlines are down, and report details to the local authorities as soon as it is safe to do so.
