Did you know it’s safer to drive on a major transportation corridor than a rural road during a storm?

It’s safer to drive on major transportation corridor during a storm than it is on a rural road during. Rural roads often have more incidents of mudslides, downed trees, and downed powerlines. It may take a few extra minutes to use more heavily travelled major transportation corridors, such as freeways and highways, but your safety is worth the extra time.
